These are some simple practises I worked on in a day tutorial I did a couple of years back when I was getting introduced to body mechanics. Based on the Richard Williams model this is even more simplistic than his and I'm working out the weight, movements timing. The first loop is the final product and the others show the progress.
With gifs they seem to have a life of their own. Weirdly also reminds me of Morph.
